A digital camera is an electronic device that captures and stores photographs and videos in digital format instead of using traditional film. It uses image sensors (CCD or CMOS) to convert light into digital data, which is then saved to a memory card. Digital cameras allow instant preview, editing, and sharing of photos, making them convenient and user-friendly. They come in various types, such as compact cameras, DSLR (Digital Single-Lens Reflex), and mirrorless cameras, offering different levels of control, image quality, and portability.

ডিজিটাল ক্যামেরা হল একটি ইলেকট্রনিক                       ডিভাইস যা ঐতিহ্যবাহী ফিল্ম ব্যবহারের পরিবর্তে ডিজিটাল ফর্ম্যাটে ছবি এবং ভিডিও ধারণ এবং 

সংরক্ষণ করে। এটি আলোককে ডিজিটাল ডেটাতে রূপান্তর করতে ইমেজ সেন্সর (CCD বা CMOS) ব্যবহার করে, যা পরে মেমোরি কার্ডে সংরক্ষণ করা হয়। ডিজিটাল ক্যামেরাগুলি তাৎক্ষণিক প্রিভিউ, সম্পাদনা এবং ছবি শেয়ার করার সুযোগ দেয়, যা সেগুলিকে সুবিধাজনক এবং ব্যবহারকারী-বান্ধব করে তোলে। এগুলি বিভিন্ন ধরণের, যেমন কমপ্যাক্ট ক্যামেরা, DSLR (ডিজিটাল সিঙ্গেল-লেন্স রিফ্লেক্স), এবং আয়নাবিহীন ক্যামেরা, যা বিভিন্ন স্তরের নিয়ন্ত্রণ, ছবির গুণমান এবং বহনযোগ্যতা প্রদান করে।
